🚴🏾‍♂️ Today we introduce you to cycling in Locorotondo, a small village in the province of Bari, Apulia, southern Italy.
Locorotondo is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The city is known for its wines and for its circular structure which is now a historical center, from which derives its name, which means "Round place". It is located in south-east Murgia, deep in the Itria Valley, dotted with white prehistoric roundhouses called trulli.

🍇🍷Locorotondo produces a white DOC Italian wine that can be made in a still or sparkling Spumante style. The wine is made predominantly (50-65%) from Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessano which can make up 45-50% of the blend. Additional grapes are permitted up to a maximum of 5% including Bombino bianco, Fiano and Malvasia. The finished wine must attain a minimum alcohol level of 11% in order to be labelled with the Locorotondo DOC designation.

While on television we are watching the Tour de France and in the coming days on Italian roads we will enjoy the Tirreno-Adriatico cycling challenge we analyzed the final route of the next Giro d'Italia that for the first time in history will be held in autumn.

It’s a very interesting edition of the Giro d'Italia because it reflects the Italian autumn scenario, where there is still good weather and pleasant temperatures, in which Italian cyclists use to train. 

This scenario was taken from the Italian television commercial that we consider very significant and exciting which represents the history of the Giro, Italian cycling in the autumn weather. 

Sometimes one of the most complicated things for people who desire enjoy the Giro d'Italia on stage is to understand where cyclists will pass.

Below we report the detail and a summary of the villages crossed by the stages of the Giro d'Italia 2020, places where our company provides a quality bike rental service with delivery and collection at customer accommodations.
