Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot, alsook de levering en ophalen van van de fietsten. Eigenaar is behulpzaam en attent. Geef zeker goed door wat jullie verwachtingen(fietsmaat, volume fietstassen, versnellingen,...) zijn. De verhuur van trekkingsfietsen met fietszakken is voor hen relatief nieuw, dus mits goede afspraken krijg je een service op maat. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!
